Ten minutes with a browser and a microphone.
Nothing to install and no training room to book. A worker rehearses, reviews their own record, and a named educator signs the finding. Here is each step.
Rehearse, out loud
Pick a conversation from the library. You see who you are speaking with and what the checklist will look for, before you begin. Then you talk, and the simulated person talks back. They interrupt, they push, they soften when you get it right.
You can pause or stop at any moment. Nothing is shared until you have seen it yourself.
- Six to ten minutes per rehearsal
- Two difficulty levels per scenario
- A quiet room and a microphone is all you need
Review your own record
Straight after the rehearsal, you see what you said against a short checklist of observable behaviours. Your own words sit beside each item as the evidence. There is no score and no percentage, only what happened.
You see it before anyone else. If something reads wrong, you can contest it and add your own note before it goes anywhere.
Your educator signs
The record lands with a named educator at your organisation. They read the quotes, listen where they need to, and make the finding. They can sign it, adjust a band with a note, or send it back and ask you to rehearse again.
The finding is a human decision every time. LyndaCare prepares the evidence. It never decides.
Competence finding
S. Adeyemi has demonstrated the behaviours for Declining care, level 1. Recommend level 2 within a month to consolidate the closing exchange.
