The plain facts.
You are audited often and promised much. Here is what LyndaCare records, what it never does, and who decides what. Short enough to read before your next meeting.

What is captured, and what never is
Captured, with consent
- The consenting worker's own voice during a rehearsal
- The transcript of what the worker said
- The checklist record and the educator's finding
Never captured
- Older people, residents, clients or families. Ever.
- Real conversations on the floor or in the home
- Anything from a worker who has not consented
The people in every scenario are fictional and simulated. LyndaCare gives no clinical advice and writes no clinical notes. It is a place to practise, and a record of that practice.
Where this fits in your quality system
Outcome 2.9 of the strengthened Aged Care Quality Standards asks a provider to run a training system and to give workers regular competency based training. Actions 2.9.4 and 2.9.6, in force since 1 November 2025. LyndaCare records what a worker rehearsed, what they said, and what a named educator found. Your quality team decides how those records sit inside your own framework, and we work through that with them.
