Listen where it matters
Play the worker's audio for any item before you decide. Tone carries what a transcript cannot. Audio is deleted after your review, inside the window your provider sets before a pilot starts.
Sign, adjust or send back
Sign the finding, change a band with a note the worker sees, or send it back with a request to rehearse again. Your name is on it. That is the point.
